Clinics in the United States are allowed to offer certain TYPES of stem cell treatment, but different states are starting to implement their own regulations. Most states can only offer minimally manipulated treatments for example, with a couple of exceptions.
Treatments in the US aren't always more expensive then treatments in other countries. However in most cases, you're not getting the same isolated, expanded treatments in as you would be getting in countries like Japan, Colombia & Mexico for example.
Stem Cell Clinics are much easier to access here if you're based in US or Canada. You're not spending high amounts of money on hotels and flights. However, there are still plenty of examples of "rogue" clinics in the US, so you still have to be careful.
